Poultry

• Eggs are 2.50 per dozen, 3.50 per dozen and a half.
• Dressed birds are sold at 2.75 per pound.

Beef

• Can be bought by as entire carcass, half, or quarters.
• Specific cuts can be requested from our butcher. Call for price sheet as he updates it each year.

Goat

• Goat shares run an initial start up fee of $45 and a monthly payment of $32 each month after.
• Carcass can be bought for 6.50 per pound. If specific cuts are desired, call for a price sheet.
