We currently have a flock of five Alpine does that are part of our “goat share” program. This allows people to get fresh milk from a goat that they have part ownership in, but they do not have the worry and stress of caring for their animal.
Each summer, any bucklings born are raised to 4 months and then processed. We’ve had quite a demand from the Greek population for this delicious meat especially around Christian Holidays.
